YANQING, Beijing, Feb. 20 (Xinhua) -- Austria beat Germany in the big final to win the Alpine skiing mixed team parallel at the Beijing Olympic Winter Games here on Sunday.
Austria's four skiers timed the best 48.27 seconds for the victory, while Germany took the silver medals by 48:46.
Norway pocketed the bronze medal, timing 48.34 in the small final, by beating the United States.
