BEIJING, Jan. 25 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping said Tuesday that the keys to the successful cooperation between China and five Central Asian countries are mutual respect, good neighborliness and friendship, solidarity, and mutual benefit.
Xi made the remarks in Beijing at a virtual summit commemorating the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and five Central Asian countries.
The four principles are valuable experience and shared wealth for the countries, and serve as political guarantees for stable and lasting relations between China and the five countries as well as the source of strength for friendly exchanges in the future, Xi said. ■
