DUBAI, Jan. 17 (Xinhua) -- The Abu Dhabi police announced that a fire broke out on Monday morning in the Musaffah area, leading to the explosion of three oil tanks of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company nearby, WMA news agency reported.
There was also a small fire at the construction area of the Abu Dhabi International Airport, causing little damage, the police added.
Initial investigations show the fires and explosion were possibly caused by unidentified drones in the area. ■
