HARBIN, Dec. 31 (Xinhua) -- A robot that uses artificial intelligence (AI), image recognition, automatic control and other technologies has been adopted in the city of Harbin, northeast China's Heilongjiang Province, to help with the training of curling athletes for the upcoming Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games.
The robot, designed by a team with the Harbin Institute of Technology, can help analyze the tactics adopted by the athletes and also can play the curling games by itself.
