Huangzhong Silver Bronze Ware is a Chinese Intangible Cultural Heritage, which has a history of more than 300 years in northwest China's Qinghai Province. It is known for its delicacy, brightness, softness, and pure quality. Thanks to craftsmen like He Man, this precious handicraft can continue to be appreciated by the world.
At the age of 15, He Man started his career as a craftsman to make a living. "I have made great efforts to learn the craft," He Man said.
Handicraft has brought him a few good opportunities. At the age of 21, He Man was hired by the local government to renovate the Sutra Hall of Ta'er Temple. His life has become even better since then.
He Man has received many awards for his handicraft. As an inheritor of National Intangible Cultural Heritage, he has conducted experience exchange and training activities in major institutions at home and abroad in recent years. His crafts have also been exhibited at international expositions like Expo 2015 in Milan.
He Man hopes that this handicraft can be passed on to more people. Fortunately, in addition to his apprentices, his children also show interest in this handicraft.
