The China-Russia border city of Mohe in northeast China's Heilongjiang Province has inoculated more than 11,000 people against COVID-19 so far, according to the local health bureau.
The city, with a total population of 40,512, of which 36,073 are aged over 18, is expected to vaccinate 28,858 against the virus.
