HEFEI, Nov. 2 (Xinhua) -- Anhui Province in east China recently launched a COVID-19 vaccination campaign for children aged 3 to 11.
Children must be accompanied by their parents (or guardians) and get vaccinated in accordance with the principles of voluntary participation, informed consent, and personal responsibility for potential risks.
COVID-19 vaccination is critical for children aged 3 to 11 in order to boost immunity and prevent the transmission of the coronavirus.
More than 3.53 million doses of COVID-19 vaccination had been administered to children aged 3 to 11 in China as of Oct. 29.
