NEW YORK, Dec. 7 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.8 jolted 10 km NNE of Chiautla de Tapia, Mexico at 20:03:38 GMT on Thursday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 44.4 km, was initially determined to be at 18.39 degrees north latitude and 98.55 degrees west longitude. ■
