MOSCOW, March 19 (Xinhua) -- One person has died and another four have been injured following a fire on a fishing vessel near Kaliningrad in Russia, said local authorities on Tuesday.
A fire broke out aboard the "Captain Lobanov" trawler near Russia's Kaliningrad region, local media reported, citing Dmitry Lyskov, the press secretary of the local governor.
Lyskov confirmed that one person has died, and four people have been hospitalized following the incident.
He added that the trawler is being towed to the Baltiysk port in Kaliningrad, adding all those injured would be given necessary medical care. ■
