MANILA, April 9 (Xinhua) -- Six people died in a collision between a bus and a multicab on Wednesday night in Camarines Sur, southern Luzon Island of the Philippines, local media reported.
The crash occurred on a highway around 9 p.m. Authorities conducted rescue and retrieval work at the scene.
Multicabs are widely used in the country for public transport and cargo, particularly in areas with narrow roads, due to their compact, economical design. ■
