BEIJING, March 9 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.0 jolted 226 km ESE of Attu Station, Alaska at 2241 GMT on Sunday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 1 km, was initially determined to be at 51.94 degrees north latitude and 176.17 degrees east longitude. ■
