TASHKENT, June 26 (Xinhua) -- Uzbekistan's gross domestic product (GDP) is expected to grow by 6.5 percent by the end of 2025, local media reported on Thursday, citing the Eurasian Development Bank.
According to the report, the main drivers of this growth will be an increase in household income and active investment aimed at sustainable development.
It added that the inflation rate in Uzbekistan may decrease to 8.1 percent in 2025.
Uzbekistan's GDP increased by 6.5 percent in 2024, the Uzbek presidential press service said. ■
