MONTE-CARLO, Jan. 20, 2024 (Xinhua) -- The 46th International Circus Festival of Monte-Carlo in Monaco kicked off here on Friday and will last until Jan. 28.
The festival is one of the top three circus events in the world, together with the Wuqiao International Circus Festival in China and the World Circus Festival of Tomorrow in Paris, France.
