NEW YORK, Jan. 11 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.0 jolted southern East Pacific Rise at 16:17:45 GMT on Wednesday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 49.8606 degrees south latitude and 114.3039 degrees west longitude. ■
