RAMALLAH, Jan. 12 (Xinhua) -- Nablus city in the northern West Bank, a flashpoint in the Palestinian-Israeli conflicts, is also known as the capital of sweets in Palestine.
Nabulsia, a cheese pastry soaked in sweet sugar-based syrup, is one of the famous desserts in the city, bringing a bite of sweetness for Palestinians in the bitterness of life.
