EUGENE, United States, July 15 (Xinhua) -- Kimberly Garcia Leon from Peru won the women's 20km race walk at the World Athletics Championships in Eugene, Oregon, on Friday.
Poland's Katarzyna Zdzieblo took silver in 1:27.31, and China's Qieyang Shijie claimed bronze in 1:27:56.
China's Liu Hong, defending champion, finished fifth in 1:29:00. Another two Chinese Ma Zhenxia finished 10th in 1:30:39, and Wu Quanming finished 13th in 1:31:44. ■
