HARBIN, Jan. 16 (Xinhua) -- If the weather permits, visitors to the Harbin Polarpark in northeast China's Heilongjiang Province are able to meet the park's penguins on weekends. The adorable creatures have drawn a large number of visitors, particularly parents who accompany their children during their free time.
